Dr. Spencer Proctor

Dr. Proctor is Professor and Department Chair in Agricultural, Food and Nutritional Science at the University of Alberta and Director of the Metabolic and Cardiovascular Diseases Laboratory. He is also Chief Scientific Officer of Best Hydrate and a co-author of our published Frontiers hydration review.
