Purposeful glucose + sodiumBuilt around established intestinal sodium-glucose transport physiology.
Five electrolytes in the formulaThe formula represents sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate and citrate-related forms.
Bicarbonate AdvantageSodium + bicarbonate in one purposeful ingredient. Bicarbonate is an important physiological buffer studied in human exercise research.

What matters

Low sugar first. Deliberate electrolyte architecture behind it.

The core positioning remains low sugar, on purpose: useful glucose stays in the formula while total sugar stays low. The supporting electrolyte system is deliberately compact and functional.

Sodium bicarbonate adds a clear secondary distinction by contributing both sodium and bicarbonate within the same six-ingredient formula.

LOW-SUGAR HYDRATION

LOW SUGAR HITS THE HYDRATION SWEET SPOT.

1 g of sugar per 100 mL prepared. Best Hydrate keeps a small amount of purposeful glucose in the formula for sodium-glucose transport while avoiding a conventional high-sugar load.
