Best Hydrate is still a startup. Our hiring needs can change quickly as research, retail, operations, partnerships and funding develop. When a formal role is open, we will publish it here with enough detail for applicants to understand the problem, expected ownership and working relationship.

Startup work is rarely perfectly packaged. We value people who can ask good questions, make progress with imperfect information, document what they learn and improve the system for the next person. Strong judgment matters as much as speed, especially where science, clinical language or public trust is involved.
We also expect the company to change. A role that starts narrowly may broaden as evidence, customers and partnerships grow, so clarity about priorities and willingness to collaborate across functions are important.
