Research & Impact

Current Research

Our research program is moving from literature review into study development. We separate completed scholarship from work that is still being designed or tested.

Published workOur oral hydration technology review was published in Frontiers in Nutrition on September 23, 2026.
Next studyA follow-on hydration study is in development with research collaborators. No results are being claimed yet.
Claims follow dataPlanned clinical, performance or field applications remain exploratory until directly studied.

Current program

From review to direct research

Published pathway: our peer-reviewed review examines oral hydration physiology, formulation and opportunities for future innovation. It supports discussion of the literature, not a Best Hydrate-specific efficacy claim.

Study development: the next phase is focused on designing practical hydration research with appropriate measurements, controls and feasibility. Protocol details will be shared when they are ready for public disclosure.

What comes next

Build evidence where it matters

Hydration measurement

Develop practical ways to evaluate hydration response using complementary measures rather than a single signal.

Clinical questions

Define useful endpoints and study designs before making product-specific clinical claims.

Real-world use

Study performance, field and access questions only where the setting and protocol justify them.

Research status

We will update this page as milestones are reached.

Published, planned, active and completed work will remain clearly separated.
