Why Bicarbonate Is in the Formula

Sodium bicarbonate is one of the six ingredients in Best Hydrate. It contributes sodium while also supplying bicarbonate, an ion involved in normal acid-base chemistry in the body. Its inclusion is a deliberate formulation choice rather than a decorative label claim.

The bicarbonate distinction
