Dianna Proctor Wins 400 m Silver at the 2026 Canadian Championships

Athlete update: Best Hydrate athlete ambassador Dianna Proctor earned silver in the women’s 400 metres at the 2026 Canadian Track & Field Championships in Ottawa.
The final was held in wet conditions on June 19. Athletics Canada reported that Lauren Gale won the national title in 51.94 seconds, while Canadian Press coverage reported Proctor finished second and Jasneet Nijjar third.
A national podium for Proctor
The result added another major Canadian championship podium to Proctor’s developing 400-metre career. Earlier in June, Athletics Canada had also named the Edmonton athlete to its 2026 NextGen European Tour.
